The present invention discloses a display device having a pattern representing a position of a pixel on a display panel. In particular, the display device having the pattern of the present invention is characterized by having a pattern including one mark having a length of at least half the width of the subpixel. Accordingly, the present invention discloses a method in which an electronic pen detects a pattern formed in subpixels of a display device through a camera and recognizes the detected pattern to detect the position of a pixel. Since the detected position of the pixel corresponds to the position indicated by the electronic pen or the position to which the input is to be performed, the detected position is used as a specific input or command.
