Disclosed herein is a noise attenuation earplug that effectively attenuates noise that impairs hearing while providing hearing functions necessary for daily life. According to an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, a noise damping earplug may include a core frame formed to extend toward one side and a blocking film surrounding the core frame, spaced apart along the extension direction of the core frame, and coupled to each other. And a noise damping unit forming chambers, and a hole is formed in each of the blocking films corresponding to the chambers and the blocking films positioned at both ends of the core frame to form a passage connecting the chambers.
