Signals from active radio tags located at an accessible distance of the receiver of the passenger drone is received by means of the receiver of the passenger drone, the positioning of at least one drone on the basis of a map of mountainous terrain, signals of active RFID tags and data from a set of passenger drone sensors is carried out by means of a data processing device, the signal levels of all radio tags are measured at each point of the digital map, the radio tag closest to the drone receiver is determined, for which the signal levels are measured, and the location of the passenger drone as the average value of the nearest coordinates of the radio tags is determined.
