FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to dentistry, and can be used for sinus-lifting in dental implantation. After conductive anesthesia, a horizontal incision of the mucous membrane and periosteum is performed along a crest of an alveolar process from a canine to molars and two vertical incisions along the horizontal edges. Using the raspatory, the mucous-periosteal flap is exfoliated and lifted with a bone of the maxillary sinus exposed. Using the burs and the piezoelectric nozzles, the maxillary sinus is opened and a bone window is formed in the anterior wall of the maxillary sinus to form a bone fragment which is folded inwards and upwards to give it a horizontal position. At the same time, the Schnieder membrane is detached. Newly formed space in the maxillary sinus is filled with bone-plastic material. At the corners of the created bone window, in the anterior wall of the maxillary sinus, four through holes with diameter of 1.0 mm are drilled, wherein bioresorbable pins of diameter 1.0 mm are placed and fixed using an ultrasonic tip Sonic Weld Rx of a material based on polylactic acid produced by «KLS Martin Group». Prepared bioresorbable membrane is adapted from the material based on polysulache acid of «KLS Martin Group», 0.1 mm in size and a relief for closing the bone defect. Bioresorbable membrane is laid on a bone defect and welded to previously installed bioresorbable pins using an ultrasonic tip Sonic Weld Rx. Mucous-periosteal graft lifted upwards is lowered downwards and fixed with interrupted sutures to the mucosa.;EFFECT: method provides eliminating formation of cords and prolapse of mucosa of jaw in maxillary sinus, reliable fixation of transplant in area of bone bottom of maxillary sinus, eliminating the need to prepare and use an allogenic demineralised bone graft, and also provides reducing a number of complications when forming a bone bed of a dental implant by using a bioresorbable membrane on a bone defect and bioresorbable pins welded using an ultrasonic tip Sonic Weld Rx.;1 cl, 3 ex
