METHOD OF PREPARATION WASTE WATERS OF BEET SUGAR PRODUCTION PLANTS FOR AGRICULTURAL USE

FIELD: water purification technology.;SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in water treatment. Preparation of waste waters of beet sugar production plants for agricultural use is carried out in two stages. At the first step, the alkaline coagulant used is a sodium hydroaluminate slurry with dose of 5–30 g/dm³ by Al₂O₃ with bringing pH to 9.5–10.5, and at second step, superphosphate solution with dose of 1–5 g/dm³ by P₂O₅ with bringing pH to 6.5–7.5. Then, thin-layer settling is performed in horizontal settling tank during 40–60 minutes for separation of suspension into liquid and solid fractions. Transparent liquid fraction is used as irrigation water or returned to production cycle, and residue after treatment on filter press can be used as organic fertilizer.;EFFECT: disclosed invention provides higher degree of purification of waste water from beet sugar production plants with elimination of scarce and expensive reagents from the technology.;1 cl, 3 ex, 1 dwg
