FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to medicine and can be used for determining the metastatic potential of invasive breast cancer. That is ensured by using a composition for staining histologic preparations of breast tumour tissue when determining a metastatic potential of invasive breast cancer which contains aqueous solutions of toluidine blue, alcian blue and Schiff's reagent containing Schiff's reagent. Concentrations of toluidine blue, alcian blue and Schiff's reagent are in the composition in ratio of 1/5/1.
