Configurable and performance-optimized integrated device driver for USB power supply and Type C SoCs

Techniques for power field effect transistor (power FET) gate drivers are described herein. In one exemplary embodiment, a device includes a Universal Serial Bus (USB) subsystem located in a single integrated circuit (IC). The USB subsystem includes a gate driver circuit configured to control both an N-channel power FET and a P-channel power FET.
