The invention proposes a method for laser beam deposition welding of a surface region (1) of a substrate (2) which emits at least two laser radiation (3, 4) of different wavelength, melting the surface region (1) of the substrate (2) by means of the laser radiation (3 , 4) and supplying a welding material (5) to the molten surface region (1) of the substrate (2).
