A system for automatically adding cast powder slag to a crystallizer, characterized by comprising a control system, silos (1), a feed tube (3), a rack (4), a robot (5), a screw conveyor (8), and an infrared sensing device the stand (4) comprises an upper frame and a lower frame; the silos (1), the feed tube (3) and the robot (5) are arranged from top to bottom; the silos (1) attached to the upper frame and connected to the feed tube (3); the feed tube (3) is connected to the feed screw (8); the conveyor screw (8) is attached to the robot (5); the robot (5) hangs upside down below the lower frame; the control system is connected to each of the infrared detecting device, the silos (1), the robot (5) and the screw conveyor (8).
