The invention relates to the manufacture of an alcoholic beverage based plant Piper marginatum comprising the following steps: - Dilute alcohol up to about 50 °; - Add 20 grams of leaves of said plant per liter of diluted alcohol and 5 grams of the petioles of said plant per liter of diluted alcohol; - let macerate 4 to 5 days; - filter; - add about 5 grams of sugar per liter of the filtered alcohol.
