The present invention relates to a system (1) for direct measurement of a weight applied by a patient to his foot, the system (1) comprising: a sole (20) provided to receive the foot in support; at least one force sensor (30) integrated with the sole (20); a treatment unit (40) calculating a weight value applied by the patient to his foot from measurements made by the at least one force sensor (30); and a human-machine interface informing the live patient of the weight value calculated by the processing unit (40).
