Nacelle for turbofan engine, comprising a thrust reverser with grilles equipped with inversion grids arranged around an annular vein of fresh air, under front hoods (6, 8), these grids retreating with movable rear hoods (14) opening in the annular vein lateral passages receiving these grids to direct the flow of fresh air to the front, the turbojet having attachment points, the nacelle comprising outer doors (12) closing openings of the front covers (6, 8) arranged radially outwardly of these attachment points for access thereto, each hatch opening (12) having a contour comprising edges of two front covers (6, 8).
