Examples relate to a self test circuit. The self-test circuit includes input circuits; test circuits; and a circuit to be tested, coupled between the input circuits and the test circuits and comprising at least one piezoelectric crystal. The input circuits are configured to generate and transfer a predefined electrical signal comprising at least one sinusoidal signal through at least the piezoelectric crystal of the circuit under test to generate an output signal. The test circuits are configured to analyze the output signal.
