Use of core constructs and core constructs in the construction of pharmaceutical molecules

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a core structure which can be used for constructing a pharmaceutical molecule and, in particular, can be bound to a functional component via click chemistry. A core construct comprising a central core, wherein the central core contains (1) a plurality of lysine (K) residues or (2) (Xaa-K) n sequences, and each of the K residues. It is separated from the next K residue by a packed sequence having glycine and serine residues, the number of K residues is 2 to 15, and in the (Xaa-K) n sequence, Xaa is 2 to 2. A core construct of a PEGylated amino acid having 12 repeating units of ethylene glycol, n being an integer of 2-15. [Selection diagram] None
