To provide core constructs that can be used for construction of pharmaceutical molecules, especially core constructs that can bind to functional ingredients through click chemistry.SOLUTION: Disclosed is a core construct comprising a center core, where the center core comprises: (1) a plurality of lysine (K) residues, where the K residues are separated by a filler sequence comprising glycine and serine residues, the number of K residues is 2-15; or (2) a (Xaa-K)n sequence where Xaa is a PEGylated amino acid having 2-12 repeats of ethylene glycol unit, and n is an integer of 2-15.SELECTED DRAWING: None
