To provide a lining reinforcement rebar construction support method and a lining reinforcement rebar construction support device, which can quickly and easily support the reinforcement rebar construction of lining concrete.SOLUTION: A lining reinforcement rebar construction support method that supports in presenting a location of a hanging rebar metal for arranging reinforcement rebar for reinforcing lining concrete placed in a tunnel inner peripheral surface, comprises: an initial shape measurement step of arranging a 3D scanner in the tunnel, performing shape measurement S102 for scanning the tunnel inner peripheral surface, and acquiring point group data of the tunnel inner peripheral surface; an initial extraction step of extracting the point group data within a predetermined range centered on a previously designed arrangement of the hanging rebar metal; and an initial irradiation step of creating and irradiating an irradiation image to be presented on a waterproof sheet covering the surface of sprayed concrete with the point group data extracted in the initial extraction step as an arrangement location of the hanging rebar metal.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
