To provide a compaction work condition determination device that has a simple constitution dispensing with burdensome mounting work, a compaction control device, and a compaction control method.SOLUTION: A compaction work condition determination device 50 determines the presence or absence of a compaction work condition by a compaction device 10 that comprises a vibration part (vibrator 11) and a flexible cable 12 connected to a back end of the vibration part (vibrator 11). The compaction work condition determination device 50 comprises one target 51 that is attached to the cable 12, coordinate detection means 52 for detecting a plurality of position coordinates E1-E4 for the target 51, and an attitude determination part 57 for determining an attitude of the cable from the plurality of position coordinates E1-E4 detected by the coordinate detection means 52.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
