PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compaction work state determination device, compaction management device and compaction management method having a simple configuration that does not require troublesome installation work. SOLUTION: A compaction work state determination device 50 includes a vibration unit (vibrator 11) and a flexible cable 12 connected to a rear end of the vibration unit (vibrator 11).
