To provide a technology capable of flexibly generating a movement path of a mobile device.SOLUTION: A movement path generation device 2000 acquires sensor information obtained from a sensor 12 moved along a path to which a mobile device 20 is to move, and property information indicating the size of the mobile device 20. The sensor 12 is provided on a portable terminal 10. The movement path generation device 2000, using the sensor information, generates a first movement path, being the path along which the sensor 12 has moved, and environment information regarding the positions of objects existing around the first movement path. The movement path generation device 2000 converts the first movement path into a second movement path based on the size of the mobile device 20 indicated by the property information and the position of each object indicated in the environment information. The second movement path is a path to be actually traveled by the mobile device 20. The movement path generation device 2000 outputs information indicating the second movement path in a form that can be acquired by a control device 22 that controls the movement of the mobile device 20.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
