To provide a multimedia data recommendation system and a multimedia data recommendation method.SOLUTION: A multimedia data recommendation system includes: a storage device having a first storage unit for storing multimedia data segments and a second storage unit that is connected to at least one user device by a network and stores operational data by dialogue of the at least one user device with the multimedia data system; and a processor that is connected to the storage device, analyzes the multimedia data segments in the first storage unit to generate a plurality of association links between the multimedia data segments, and analyzes operation data in the second storage unit to generate a corresponding recommendation list in which the multimedia data segments are recorded based on the association link and the operation data.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
