PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance an appealing effect on the use of a function provided in a moving body such as a vehicle. SOLUTION: This is a function explanation device for explaining a function provided in a mobile body having a plurality of speakers, and executes a function explanation process for outputting an explanation sound for explaining the function from the plurality of speakers.
