To provide a bonding method for a terminal-equipped electric wire capable of suppressing damage such as breakage of terminals connected to ends of multiple electric wires.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a bonding method for a terminal-equipped electric wire for bonding a first core wire 12 of a terminal-equipped first electric wire 10, of which a first terminal 13 is connected to the first core wire 12 exposed from an insulation coating 11 at the side of one end 10a, at the side of the other end 10b with a second core wire 22 of a terminal-equipped second electric wire 20 of which a second terminal 23 is connected to the second core wire 22 exposed from an insulation coating 21 that is longer than a length of the insulation coating 11 of the first electric wire 10 at the side of one end 20a, at the side of the other end 20b by ultrasonic bonding between a horn 6 and an anvil 8. The method includes: a setting step of disposing the second core wire 22 at the side of the other end 20b at the side of the horn 6, and disposing the first core wire 12 at the side of the other end 10b at the side of the anvil 8; and a bonding step of bonding the first core wire 12 at the side of the other end 10b and the second core wire 22 at the side of the other end 20b by the ultrasonic bonding between the horn 6 and the anvil 8.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
