The liquid medical supply disc decides a boundary of a hopper (17) for accommodating a medical or nutrition supplementary powdery product (18) at a bottom part, the liquid medical supply disc has a liquid medical supply chamber (16) in at least one group (15), the liquid medical supply chamber is sent and moved through at least one compression station (23), the product (18) accommodated in the liquid medical supply chamber (16) is compressed by an individual compression piston (31) through a discharge station (24) in a region of the compression station (23), and only a part of the products (18) accommodated in the individual liquid medical supply chamber (16) is discharged into the individual capsule (2) by the individual discharge piston (37) in a region of the discharge station (24).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
