PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel agent effective for the detection, concentration, purification and functional inhibition of nuclear transport receptor KPNA2 protein frequently exhibited in cancer cells.SOLUTION: Disclosed are a novel RNA aptamer which binds to nuclear transport receptor KPNA2 protein with high affinity showing a dissociation constant (K) of 200 nM or less, as well as a detection reagent containing the same, a carrier to which an RNA aptamer is immobilized, an inhibitor and a pharmaceutical composition. Furthermore, a double stranded DNA vector which can produce an RNA aptamer by transcription having an RNA polymerase recognition sequence added to the 3' end is disclosed. A particular nucleic acid sequence, or an RNA aptamer having a nucleic acid sequence in which one or more bases is deleted, substituted, inserted or added to the nucleic acid sequence is disclosed.SELECTED DRAWING: None
