PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a routing structure for a two-core parallel shielded wire capable of suppressing transmission loss due to bending.;SOLUTION: A routing structure 1 for a two-core parallel shielded wire 10 includes: two insulated wires arranged in parallel; and a shield layer vertically attached around the two insulated wires. In the two-core parallel shielded wire 10, at a route change point RCP along a long axis direction of the two-core parallel shielded wire 10, a route is changed by twisting the two-core parallel shielded wire 10 in a short axis direction.
