There are provided a metabolism enhanced article including the exothermic composition for enhancing metabolism in a range of 1.0 to 3.0 g in separation, and an application method of the exothermic composition for enhancing metabolism for enhancing metabolism by oral intake of the exothermic composition for enhancing metabolism of 1.0 to 3.0 g.SELECTED DRAWING: None
