To enable time required for work of acquiring an index value to be shortened and furthermore to enable a fertilizer application level in additional fertilization to be highly accurately acquired.SOLUTION: A device for determining a fertilizer application level 1 acquires a first index value obtained by observation from a remote area for N (N≥2) pieces of farm fields, and acquires a second index value obtained by measurement or the like using a measuring instrument for crop for M (MN) pieces of farm field, and determines a fertilizer application level in additional fertilization using a first calculation formula in which an index value is used as input and a fertilizer application level is used as output. The device for determining fertilizer application level 1, in determining a fertilizer application level of one farm field, corrects the first index for the one farm field on the basis of the second index value to lead out a corrected first index value, and lead outs a fertilizer application level from the corrected first index value by the first calculation formula. Accordingly, determination device does not lead out a fertilizer application level by simply using the first index value, but by correcting the first index value by the second index value, and leading out the fertilizer application level using the corrected first index value.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
