To allow for determination of an appropriate fertilizer application level based on the fact that delayed release fertilizer is supplied in fertilization regarding a fertilizer application level in additional fertilization after supplying delayed release fertilizer in one season.SOLUTION: A device for determining a fertilizer application level 1 acquires a vegetation-related value regarding vegetation of crop before additional fertilization, and leads out a temporary fertilizer application level in additional fertilization using a fertilizer application level-leading out calculation formula on the basis of the acquired vegetation-related value in which vegetation-related value is used as input and a fertilizer application level is used as output. Furthermore, the device for determining a fertilizer application level 1 acquires integrated temperature from initial application of fertilizer of the current season to the point of additional fertilization, acquires a nutrient elution rate on the basis of the acquired integrated temperature, leads out a residual amount of delayed release fertilizer from the nutrient elution rate, and subtracts the residual amount from the fertilizer application level in additional fertilization to determine the final fertilizer application level in additional fertilization.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
