To make a covering fabric edge part hard to come off of a groove of a frame body and to cause the same to prevent breakage of a covering fabric of a part with which the frame body and the covering fabric are in contact.SOLUTION: In a fitting structure of a chair covering fabric which fits to a peripheral part of the covering fabric 2 a resin cord 1 that has a hard insertion part 1a to be inserted in a groove 3a of a frame body 3 and an elastomer part 1b that projects from the groove 3a and is put between the frame body 3 and the covering fabric 2, and fits the covering fabric 2 to the frame body 3 by pushing the resin cord 1 into the groove 3a of the frame body 3, a part 5 reducing an elastic force is formed in a part 4 bending along the frame body 3 of the elastomer part 1b.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
