To provide a carrier tape, a cover tape or an antistatic bag having improved properties.SOLUTION: A carrier tape, a cover tape or an antistatic bag for transporting an electronic component is composed of 0.01 wt.% to 3 wt.% of polymer and carbon nanotubes. Carbon nanotubes can have any number of walls, and the diameter dimension of any desired size less than about 100 nm. The carrier tape, the cover tape or the bag containing carbon nanotubes has a measured static electricity dissipation range of 1×10to 1×10Ω/sq and a light transmittance of 60% to 90%. Surface defects, high density entanglements, and agglomerations are reduced in the carrier tape, the cover tape or the bag containing carbon nanotubes. The antistatic bag containing the carbon nanotubes can be formed in a sheet shape which are manufactured into a bag of a desired size.SELECTED DRAWING: None
