To provide various systems and methods for planning, support, and post-surgical follow-up of surgery and intervention, and for function recovery tracking.SOLUTION: A patient can perform tracking over an entire treatment including an occurrence of an initial symptom, diagnosis, non-surgical treatment, surgical treatment, and recovery from surgical treatment. A patient and one or a plurality of medical experts involved in the treatment of the patient can electronically access a comprehensive treatment plan, support and checkup system. A system of the present invention can provide recommendations on diagnosis, non-surgical treatment, surgical treatment, and recovery from the surgical treatment on the basis of data collected from the patient and the medical experts. The system can manage tracking of a plurality of patients, and thereby enables data comparison among similar forms of treatment. The system also enables temporal learning by continuous data collection, analysis, and assimilation for a decision-making algorithm.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
