To provide a bag conveyance method and a bag conveyance device capable of delivering a bag bundle in a standing posture from a holding part to a transfer part, and further delivering the bag bundle in a laid-down posture from the transfer part to a supply part, while preventing the device from enlarging relating to a horizontal direction.SOLUTION: A bag conveyance method includes: a step for holding a bag bundle 90 containing a plurality of bags 91 by a holding part 16; a step for delivering the bag bundle 90 in a standing posture from the holding part 16 to a transfer part 17; a step for changing the posture of the bag bundle 90, housed in the transfer part 17, from the standing posture to a laid-down posture by rotating the transfer part 17; and a step for conveying the bag bundle 90 in the laid-down posture from the transfer part 17 to a supply part 22.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
