PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid data loss before it happens when applications such as vehicle control and diagnostics are performed and programs are rewritten.;SOLUTION: A vehicle master device 11 externally acquires update data, and delivers the acquired update data to an electronic control device to be reprogrammed.
