PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oxide-based positive electrode active material for an all-solid-state lithium-ion battery, which has excellent battery characteristics when used in an all-solid-state lithium-ion battery. A composition formula is represented by LiaNixCoyMn1-x-yO2 (wherein 0.98≦a≦1.05, 0.8≦x≦1.0, 0≦y≦0.20). An oxide for an all-solid-state lithium-ion battery having an average particle diameter D50 of 1.0 to 5.0 μm, a residual alkali content of 0.3 to 2.0 mass% and a sulfate radical content of 100 to 6000 wtppm. -Based positive electrode active material.
