To provide a rescue system that allows users to confirm the safety and positions of each other and utilizes a portable energy storage system and radio communication.SOLUTION: A portable energy storage system (P-ESS) includes a wireless communication module that forms a local wireless network, and the portable energy storage system provides wireless communication between terminal devices in a local wireless network formed by the wireless communication module.
