PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively and efficiently perform a process for maintaining the freshness of fruits and vegetables based on a fruit and vegetable inspection device and measured values obtained by a fruit and vegetable inspection method, and a fruit and vegetable inspection device having a freshness-maintaining function. Provided is a fruit and vegetable inspection method for maintaining freshness.
