To provide driving support information for a best lane change effectively using probe data.SOLUTION: A probe data processor comprises: a probe data acquisition unit that acquires probe data of a plurality of vehicles; a traffic flow data generation unit that generates current traffic flow data based on the acquired probe data: a traffic flow data comparison unit that reads a change in traffic flows by comparing current traffic flow data with past traffic flow data in a same road section; a traffic flow data analysis unit that analyzes the change in the read traffic flows; and a driving support information production unit that produces driving support information related to a lane change based on the analysis results.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
