Old and new BP converter

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop an old and new BP conversion device capable of easily and freely updating by avoiding or bypassing both a transmission delay in a message unit and an additional parallel installation of another line when updating equipment of a CTC device. SOLUTION: A receiving circuit 11 for receiving a transmission signal A of a transmission, and a new BP demodizing means 12 for restoring bit string data (C) of the transmission from the transmission signal A according to a new biphase coding standard. The old BP modulation means 14 that starts conversion to the transmission signal E for transmission according to the old biphase coding standard without waiting for the completion of the rest of the bit string data when even a part (D) is restored.
