PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-cognitive capability improvement support system via a learning activity, a learning device, a support server, a control method, and a program.SOLUTION: A learning device is configured to, when a learning plan for executing learning by the learning device is input, acquire a result for the learning plan, and to generate achievement degree information indicating a degree of achievement of the learning plan input by an input part, and to display the generated achievement degree information. A support device is configured to acquire learning plans and results from a plurality of learning devices, and to generate achievement degree list information indicating a list of the degrees of achievement of the learning plans in the respective learning devices from the acquired learning plans and results, and to provide the generated achievement degree list information to a display device.
