PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composure degree determination device, a composure degree determination method and a drive support system determining a composure degree with respect to a drive operation without giving troublesomeness to a driver.SOLUTION: A composure degree determination device 10 comprises: a behavior detection part; a peripheral state detection part; a composure degree estimation part; and a composure degree determination part. The behavior detection part detects a behavior of a driver D of an own vehicle C. The peripheral state detection part detects a peripheral state of the own vehicle S1. The composure degree estimation part estimates a composure degree candidate to a drive operation of a driver based on at least one of the behavior and the peripheral state S2. The composure degree determination part estimates a composure degree with respect to the drive operation based on a behavior S3 detected by the behavior detection part after the composure degree estimation part estimates the composure degree candidate and the composure degree candidate estimated by the composure degree estimation part S4.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
