PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin compound for Nd-Fe-B based bond magnet having excellent storage stability under the high-temperature and high-humidity environment, a bond magnet prepared by using the resin compound for Nd-Fe-B based bond magnet, and a manufacturing method of the Nd-Fe-B based bond magnet.SOLUTION: A resin compound for Nd-Fe-B based bond magnet of the present invention includes: a resin composition formed by blending epoxy resin (A), a hardening agent (B) and a hardening accelerator (C); and Nd-Fe-B based magnetic powder (D) for bond magnet. In the resin compound, the hardening accelerator is at least one kind among borate and borane compounds. A Nd-Fe-B based bond magnet of the present invention is formed by using the resin compound for Nd-Fe-B based bond magnet. A manufacturing method of Nd-Fe-B based bond magnet of the present invention includes: a first step of preparing the resin composition by mixing the epoxy resin (A) dissolved in a solvent, the hardening agent (B) and the hardening accelerator (C); a second step of mixing the Nd-Fe-B based magnetic powder (D) with the resin composition and drying the same to prepare a resin compound for Nd-Fe-B bond magnet; a third step of compressing and molding the resin compound for Nd-Fe-B bond magnet to prepare a compression molding; and a fourth step of heat-treating the compression molding. In the method, the hardening accelerator (C) is at least one kind among borate and borane compounds.SELECTED DRAWING: None
