PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rolling slide member which can secure a long rolling life even in a high-load condition, its manufacturing method and a rolling bearing.SOLUTION: Outer and inner rings (10, 20) and balls (30) being rolling slide members of a ball bearing 1 being a rolling bearing contain C: 0.1 to 0.5 mass%, Si: 0.05 to 0.25 mass%, Mn: 1.2 to 1.6 mass%, Ni: 0.1 mass% or lower, Cu: 0.05 mass% or lower, Cr: 2.5 to 3.5 mass%, and Mo: 0.01 to 0.1 mass%, and remaining parts are Fe and inevitable impurities. The outer and inner rings and the balls include base body parts (10a1, 20a1 and 30a1) and surface carburization layers (10a2, 20a2 and 30a2) having compositions satisfying a formula: 47.2≤8.1Mn+13.7Cr≤60.9, and a formula: 0.65≤9.2Si+29(Ni + Cu)+18.5Mo≤5.5.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
