PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a film molding which is excellent in chemical resistance and is inexpensive; a method for manufacturing the same; and a film-lined tank.SOLUTION: A film molding 3 is formed from a film made from a fluorine resin selected from a tetrafluoroethylene-perfluoroalkylvinyl ether copolymer resin (PFA), a tetrafluoroethylene-hexafluoropropylene copolymer resin (PFEP), a tetrafluoroethylene-ethylene copolymer resin (ETFE), a polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF), a modified tetrafluoroethylene resin (modified PTFE) or a tetrafluoroethylene resin (PTFE), and is molded into a square cylindrical shape having a rectangular bottom face so as to cover the inner face of a tank 2. In the film molding 3, at least a part of each sides of side faces and side faces and the side faces and the bottom faces that are shared with each other is melted.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
