PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a job application support system and a job application support method that support a job seeker whose application has been rejected while lightening the burden on the recruiting enterprise which has rejected the application, and also accelerate employment activities of other recruiting enterprises.SOLUTION: In a job application support system 100, a first terminal device T1 installed in a recruiting enterprise C1 firstly extracts job seekers who have passed at least a starting stage of recruit examination, but have been rejected in a subsequent stage. The first terminal device T1 sends electronic mail including a site address for inputting an entry into a recruiting enterprise C2 to the extracted job seekers. A job application support device 10 provided an operation screen for inputting the entry into the recruiting enterprise C2 for a third terminal device T3. The job application support device 10 registers applicant information, having been input on the operation screen, in storage means. The job application support device 10 provides the applicant information at a request from the third terminal device T3 that a person in charge of employment of the recruiting enterprise C2 operates.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
