To determine whether dementia is developed or not in a person to be diagnosed.SOLUTION: A dementia diagnostic device 200 comprises: voice data acquisition means acquiring voice data uttered by a person to be diagnosed; conversion means converting the voice data acquired by the voice data acquisition means into text data; and determining means which compares the text data converted by the conversion means with text data for comparison recorded in a storage medium in advance and determines whether or not there is the possibility that a dementia is developed in the person to be diagnosed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
