PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chance to master techniques for programming actions of a robot using a highly-functional robot for educational fields of young people.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a robot action programming study system such that: a system server, a teacher robot, and a learner terminal to which an action robot is connected are connected by a public communication line to communicate with one another; the system server comprises learning state grasping means; the teacher robot comprises recognition means for recognizing a learner, voicing means for voicing to the learner, action state grasping means for grasping an action state of the action robot, and programming detail grasping means for grasping the action state of the learner terminal and details of robot action programming of the learner; and the learner terminal comprises programming means for programming actions of the action robot.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
