To perform a walk-through display that allows a user to easily understand a route.SOLUTION: A relevant landmark acquisition unit 2 acquires a relevant landmark for each of points satisfying a predetermined condition, of a plurality of points included in a route on a diagram. Of the plurality of points for each of a plurality of relevant landmarks, a relevant landmark attention point calculation unit 3 determines a point at which the angle between the travel direction at the point and the direction of the relevant landmark is a predetermined angle or less and the distance between the point and the relevant landmark is a predetermined distance or less. The relevant landmark attention point calculation unit sets the determined point as a remarkable relevant landmark attention point, of the relevant landmarks. A viewpoint determination unit 4 determines the viewpoint so as to tilt the viewpoint to the remarkable relevant landmark, at the relevant landmark attention point.
