To provide a production method for a 3D custom-made implant in which the custom-made implant of a material containing silicon can be produced, based on a CT image of a patient's body.SOLUTION: A production method for a 3D custom-made implant is disclosed. The production method for the 3D custom-made implant of the present invention is characterized by comprising: an embodiment step of embodying a 3D object (object) of a body after dividing a CT image of a patient's body using a threshold, based on a brightness value of the image of the body; a design step of designing a design implant, based on the 3D object embodied in the embodiment step; a guideline implant production step of producing the design implant by guidelines; and a production step of producing the custom-made implant with a material containing silicon in the same configuration as the guideline implant.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
