PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve an awakening feeling in a state in which a time which is set so that an alarm rings, and a time when the alarm rings actually do not deviate.SOLUTION: A sleep management device of the embodiment comprises: measurement means for measuring biological information of a subject; creation means for based on the measured biological information, executing processing for determining a sleep depth of the subject, and creating time series data which indicates transition of the sleep depth of the subject; storage means for storing sleep information containing at least the created time series data; input reception means for receiving an input of awakening time information which indicates a time which is set so that an alarm of an alarm clock rings; first calculation means for based on the awakening time information and the sleep information, calculating a recommended go-to-sleep time which is estimated so that the subject can awake with good feeling at the time indicated by the awakening time information; and notification means for notifying the subject of the calculated recommended go-to-sleep time.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
