To provide a foamable alcoholic beverage that has less roughness due to alcohol and has an enhanced aging feel of a flavor, a method for producing a foamable alcoholic beverage, and a method for improving a flavor of a foamable alcoholic beverage.SOLUTION: A foamable alcoholic beverage has an alcohol content of 10 v/v% or more and less than 13 v/v%, and an extract content of 1.5 w/v% or more. The foamable alcoholic beverage fulfills at least one of following conditions: a total content of trisaccharides and tetrasaccharides is 0.12 w/v% or more; a total content of trisaccharides and tetrasaccharides to a total content of monosaccharides and disaccharides is 0.07 or more; and a content of maltosyl trehalose is 0.08 w/v% or more.SELECTED DRAWING: None
